These spacious self-contained apartments are within easy reach of Weymouth town centre and historic harbour. Lodmoor Country Park with a host of indoor & outdoor attractions is adjacent, there is a paddling pool and sand-pit for youngsters just yards away and Greenhill Gardens with tennis courts, putting green & bowling green are very close by. A Land Train runs along the Espanade, just outside the apartments, during the summer season. Weymouth rail and coach stations are both just a short distance away.

Two, purpose-built 1 st & 2 nd floor apartments that have direct access to the beach , with no roads to cross.
- Large, airy rooms, fully equipped for families and friends.
- Each apartment has garaging for one car. If additional parking is required there is a large pay & display car park opposite.
- Own entrance door, own keys and access at all times.
- All apartments have full size cookers, micro-wave, washing machine, fridge, colour TV, ironing facilities, crockery, cutlery etc.
- Both apartments are all electric, with meters. Heating is available.
- Each apartment has its own bathroom/toilet.
- All bed linen is supplied , with beds made up on arrival, and included in the price.
- Cot and high chair provided in each apartment.
- Pets accepted by prior agreement.
Both apartments are equipped to sleep six people, larger parties may be accepted by prior agreement arrangement only.
Prices, rates and availability
The apartments are available on a weekly / fortnightly basis during the summer season.
Prices range from £325 per apartment, per week to £720 per apartment, per week depending on the height of the season.
Prices for Olympic weeks 2012 yet to be determined.
