- 56 B Greenhill is a purpose built first floor apartment. Stairs to the property are on the outside of the building. Once in the apartment there are no further stairs to access all the rooms.
- 56 C Greenhill is a purpose built second floor apartment. Stairs to the property are on the outside of the building to the first floor, and on the inside of the building to the second floor. Once in the apartment itself, there are no further stairs to access all the rooms.
- 90 Old Castle Road (Castle Cove Villa) is a traditional 2-storey house with stairs on the inside of the property. On the ground floor there is a utility room. Stairs to the first floor where the kitchen and lounge are located. Further stairs to the second floor where the two bedrooms and bathroom / shower are located.
